The Scimitar is a CVR(T) (Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked)) series reconnaissance vehicle developed in the United Kingdom and put into service in 1971. The Scimitar Mk.II is a type that had its armor strengthened in 2010, and this kit reproduces the repair specifications at the time of dispatching Operation Herrick in Afghanistan.
