Takom 1/35 M103 A2 Plastic Model Kit

Takom brings us the M103 A2 in brilliant 1/35 scale

The M103 is a heavy tank developed in the United States. This vehicle was initially developed as the T43 heavy tank with a 120mm gun based on the T34 heavy tank, and was later redesigned and produced as the T43E1. It was deployed to troops stationed in West Germany. In 1957, the U.S. Marine Corps modified the T43E1 to form the T43E2 as the M103A1 and in 1961, the M103A1E1 with a Diesel engine was converted to the M103A2.

This model kit from Takom includes main hatches that can be built opened or closed; the suspension and wheels are movable, and the tracks are connected and movable. A metal gun barrel, clear parts, and decals for four versions are included and with this model measuring 32cm from the rear tread to barrell tip it it is a kit worthwhile.
