The Tokyo Rinkai High Speed ??Railway Type 70-000 is a train that appeared for the Rinkai Fukutoshin Line (currently Rinkai Line), which opened in 1996. The 4-car train introduced in 2002 was released as a 10-car train. Currently, in addition to the Rinkai Line between Shinkiba and Osaki, it also runs on the JR Saikyo Line and Kawagoe Line, so you can see it in action on the JR lines as well.
