The WPL C24-1 is modeled after the third-generation Toyota Hilux, a historic off-road icon. This generation was the first to feature a four-wheel-drive system and introduced a powerful 2.4L inline-four diesel engine (22R) with 72 kW of output and 175 N·m of torque. Equipped with the same drivetrain and transfer case as the Land Cruiser, it transformed from a light truck into a rugged off-road machine, making it a true inspiration for this RC crawler.
