An updated 4WD buggy that shines in the cutting edge racing scene.
1/10 scale EP (electric) buggies, especially 4WD buggies with high traction performance, are ideal as entry-level models for R/C cars. However, they are also a historically significant racing category, with high-level competition taking place in various countries, including the World Championships. Kyosho's new weapon for this competitive world is the Laser ZX7.5. This model, bearing the traditional "Laser" name for Kyosho's 4WD racing buggies, is based on the conventional ZX7, but with revisions to various parts and the adoption of new components to achieve performance that can fully compete in top-class races.
The key point of the new ZX7.5 is its adaptation to increasingly high-speed races, with the adoption of a new main chassis and changes to the center of gravity and weight distribution. Components from the previously released 2WD buggy, the Ultima RB7.5, have also been actively adopted to improve overall performance. What you should pay attention to is that not only the driving performance, but also durability, setting adjustment range, and maintainability have been improved.
Modern buggy racing takes place on a variety of surfaces, from ultra-high-grip carpet and artificial turf to slippery dirt, and the Laser ZX7.5 has the versatility to cover this wide range of surfaces. Recommended not only for those who are serious about racing, but also for those looking to step up from a mid-range model like the Laser SB Dirt cross 4WD, the Laser ZX7.5 is sure to become a reliable partner for any user.
Features:
- A 1/10 scale 4WD buggy designed for racing, suitable for surfaces ranging from high-grip carpet to dirt.
- Features a shaft-type 4WD system that offers excellent power transmission efficiency and high traction performance.
- Front and rear double wishbone style suspension for superior traction performance.
- Optimized balance through changes to front and rear weight distribution and mechanical layout.
- Floating servo stay and battery holder that do not hinder chassis flex.
- Includes two types of front upper plates that are effective in adjusting the front grip.
- The motor mount is a sliding type that allows for easy adjustment and removal of gear backlash.
- Includes a stay for mounting a cooling fan for motor cooling.
- A ring is attached to the front universal shaft to prevent pin detachment. Compatible with high-output power sources.

The high-rigidity A7075 T6 main chassis has been made lighter by changing its thickness from the conventional 2.5mm to 2.0mm. This also contributes to improved grip due to chassis flex.

The center bulkhead (gearbox) has been moved 7mm further forward compared to the Laser ZX7. This change in front-to-rear weight distribution improves off-road capability. It is equipped with a gear-type center differential and can be changed to an optional slipper clutch.

The servo mount that secures the steering servo has been changed to a one-piece aluminum design. By adopting a suspension method that does not affect the flex of the chassis, a smooth steering characteristic is achieved.

A new aluminum big bore oil damper unit employing a φ13mm piston is installed. The damper cap is made of resin, which improves gap-crossing ability and the ability to quickly recover from changes in posture, thus improving driving stability.

Newly adopted lightweight yet highly rigid 4mm thick carbon fiber front and rear damper stays. These contribute to lowering the vehicle's center of gravity, and the resin cover attached to the front damper stay prevents damage to the damper stay in the event of a fall.

This front hub carrier allows you to change the caster angle to 7°, 10°, or 13° by changing the resin bushings. This enables quick setting changes, allowing you to precisely adapt to the driver's preferences and road conditions.

The internal gears of the front and rear gear differentials utilize sintered steel material for significantly improved durability. The gear ratios have also been revised to enhance driving stability. An optional ball differential unit can also be installed.

Designed specifically for short-type LiPo batteries. The battery holder uses a small carbon plate, and by not completely securing the battery, it does not hinder the flex of the chassis.

It adopts a forward-cabin type body with high aerodynamic performance. The rear wing is the same as that of the 2WD Ultima RB7.5 model, generating stable downforce and increasing grip.

Front Upper Plate (2 types)
- Type A: Allows the front to roll more easily and improves steering responsiveness.
- Type X: Increases front rigidity and improves stability.
